  1. Exactly what I expected 5 Star Review

Posted by on 21st Jan 2014

The shoes were exactly what I had been looking for. After having my first flare of gout in my right foot, the wider toe definitely appealed to me. I had know the value of walking and running barefoot, and minimalist/barefoot shoes. I would typically the flattest, least padded shoes I could find. Noting I could find at the local stores compared to these.

After thudding my heel once, I noticed I was walking with a natural toe-strike. The fit is a tight around the arch when you first put them on and it takes a bit to get used to. I think they're designed that way to ensure a snug fit.
